247Solar’s Growth Accelerates with C-Suite and Business Development Hires
247Solar is thrilled to announce the expansion of our C-Suite and commercial team with the addition of three stellar new hires, further accelerating the company’s already rapid sales growth.
Robert Garrett
Based in Dallas TX, Robert Garrett is our new Chief Commercial Officer. Robert brings 17 years of extremely successful sales and business development experience in the renewable energy industry, with both start-up/growth stage companies (Heliogen, Electriq Power), as well Fortune 500 enterprises (Shell, NRG). He has deep expertise in commercial scaling, go to market strategy, product/program development, energy markets, and technology (hard-tech, software, IoT). A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Robert will oversee all aspects of our revenue generation activities including sales, marketing, business development, and customer experience.

Zvirevo Chisadza
Based in Harare, Zimbabwe, Zvirevo Chisadza is a deeply experienced technical sales and business development specialist who joins as Business Development Manager – Mining. Zvirevo brings more than 10 years’ experience working in the energy sector in 5 different African countries. In previous roles, he successfully managed teams and led departments in business development, technical sales, engineering and project management for global organizations such as Schneider Electric and ZOLA Electric. He earned a BEng from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe and a Master’s in Energy Engineering from the Pan African University – Institute of Water and Energy Sciences (PAUWES) in Algeria.
Zvirevo says, “I am excited to join 247Solar and contribute to their pioneering innovative and reliable clean energy solutions. Together, we look forward to leading the development of industrial heat and power solutions for mining, manufacturing, and agriculture in Africa.
Tendai Karakadzai
Joining in a parallel role as Business Development Manager – Mining is Tendai Karakadzai. Based in South Africa, Tendai has over 15 years of experience in project finance, capital raising, and business development across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He is an expert in structured financing, risk assessment, and investor engagement for large-scale projects including renewable energy, infrastructure, and construction. Tendai earned a BA in accounting and finance from the University of East London and an MBA in Management and Operations from Charles Sturt University in New South Wales.
Tendai says, “Throughout my career, I have been driven by a vision of a sustainable world powered by abundant, zero-carbon energy. I’m excited to join 247Solar to help accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.”
Focusing specifically on Africa, both Zvirevo and Tendai will use their exceptional talents to help mines and other industrial customers across the continent lower their energy costs and reduce their carbon footprints with round-the-clock clean heat and electricity.
