Great Falls, Virginia, USA, — 247Solar, a pioneer in next-generation solutions for day-and-night, zero-carbon heat and electricity, has announced that rapid growth at the company has spurred the appointment of three accomplished senior executives to its leadership team: Dr. Kristen Griffin as Chief Product Officer, Paul Shultz as Chief Investment Officer, and Adarsh Ghosh as Chief Financial Officer.
“This strategic infusion of top talent marks a dramatic transformation for 247Solar,” said Bruce Anderson, 247Solar’s CEO. “It enables us to accelerate adoption of our build-own-operate business model and monetize our growing pipeline of projects for the commercial & industrial sector.”

Dr. Kristen Griffin
Dr Griffin joins from EDF Renewables, where she led solar and storage product management, and brings 15 years of experience driving innovation and cost reductions across multi-billion-dollar portfolios. She explained her move to 247Solar by saying “the company has developed compelling next-generation solar solutions that resolve the challenges of prior generations with an elegant, safe, and high-reliability technical approach.”
A recipient of five prestigious academic awards and author of over 40 peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Griffin holds a PhD in Astrophysics from University of California Berkeley and is celebrated for her technical leadership in solar, storage, and hydrogen solutions. As Chief Product Officer, she will further strengthen and grow the global supply chain for 247Solar’s factory-produced modular solutions for high-temperature solar power with overnight storage and accelerate cost reductions.

Paul Shultz
Paul Shultz brings over 25 years of international experience in energy finance, capital markets, and project development. A Fulbright scholar, INSEAD MBA, and Princeton graduate, Shultz has managed financing for major hydrogen, wind, and solar projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, delivering strategic growth for both startups and established energy firms.
As Chief Investment Officer, Shultz will raise the debt and equity needed to finance the construction of 247Solar’s clean energy projects throughout the world, identifying potential investors and funding sources and driving investment agreements to close.
“247Solar has innovative technology that solves multiple problems,” Shultz said. “Its combination of heat and electricity has a variety of uses in emerging markets around the world and can help achieve decarbonization in an economically beneficial way.”

Adarsh Ghosh
Adarsh Ghosh is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and financial strategist with a passion for sustainable value creation. His background includes an MBA from Boston University, experience in the Navy’s nuclear program, leadership in renewable energy project finance, and teaching roles at MIT and Boston University. Expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and impact investing will help drive strategic decisions across the company, and build the financial engine needed to grow 247Solar’s innovative technology to global scale and impact.
“I’ve spent much of my career helping innovative companies scale quickly and effectively,” said the new Chief Financial Officer. “247Solar’s modular Concentrated Solar Power is a uniquely powerful renewable technology often overlooked in mainstream energy conversations despite its immense potential — particularly in high-emission sectors such as mining and industry.”
“This powerhouse team reflects 247Solar’s commitment to technical excellence, strategic growth, and leadership in the global transition to clean energy,” said Anderson. “With Kristen, Paul, and Adarsh joining our executive team, 247Solar is poised for a new phase of growth and innovation. Their combined expertise and leadership will drive our mission to deliver reliable, affordable, zero-carbon energy worldwide.”
